When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, a valid email address, date of birth, and a secure password of your choosing. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pak363 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify pak363 immediately through the Live Chat or Help Centre. You agree to accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account prior to such notification.
pak363 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.
pak363 is required to verify the identity and age of its users as part of its anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF) and fraud prevention obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with the KYC verification process.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, interpretation or performance — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak363 is incorporated or licensed.
